Hi, wow. I've not had that sort of experience in installing Firefox before. Regarding a combo box issue, as long as I do an alt-down arrow and then arrow down, it just works. I've been using Firefox for several years and although I use Internet Explorer for some web pages, the vast majority are in Firefox.

Well as far as superior web browser Fire fox does no better at handling
The Charter business My account combo box as IE 8 and WE 7.5.4.1. does.

I took what you said and thinking you probably know what you are talking
about I downloaded Fire Fox 12.
I was not able to access the combo box to look at available billings
with IE 8 and WE 7.5.4.1 at all.
I got this fire fox which installing was a pain the install screen is
not all that friendly. I had to grab the actual mouse to get to the next
buttons of the downloader.
I reloaded the log on screen to charter my account with fire fox and
that was a mess. the edit boxes titles didn't speak the field names with
Fire Fox.
and once logged in going in and out of brows mode the combo box would
not work either. Navigate to it press enter on the combo box to exit
brows mode and press alt and the down arrow key and still nothing as in
the way of the monthly statements was spoken. Same behavior as IE. Can't
route the mouse to it in either browser.

So is it bad web site layout? bad browser performance or bad WE
performance or bad navigator?

Since I just downloaded Firefox is there a special set file I should be
looking for?

Sandra, there is nothing negative about loving a superior product such
as Firefox and Thunderbird.

If the problem is a limitation in Window Eyes, why did it work
correctly using Firebox?

I can't answer that. I know that it works correctly in IE with NVDA,
JAWS, etc., but as far as I know, fieldsets have never been presented
in forms mode in Window-Eyes, at least in IE. You can navigate by
fieldsets and can read them in browse mode, but they are not read in
association with grouped form controls, which is really their entire
intended purpose.
