FYI, SAPI sound card selection is handled in Windows itself. If you want
your SAPI voice to speak through a different device, open the Text to
Speech applet in the Windows control panel, choose your voice and
preferred sound card, click Apply, and then OK.

no, there's no change sound card option in the device settings with the
SAPI 5 voices. Okay. I'll go back to Eloquence who does change there.

Hello. I have NeoSpeech voices Kate and Paul who run on SAPI 5. I
want to change it to an exernal sound card in Windows XP Pro, but it
looks as though there is no option to change it for an external sound
card, like there is with Eloquence. Can the SAPI 5 voices be changed
