speech.
i am useing the voice rotor app to switch between neo speech and decaccess32
for my u s b head set.

Hello. I have NeoSpeech voices Kate and Paul who run on SAPI 5. I
want to change it to an exernal sound card in Windows XP Pro, but it
looks as though there is no option to change it for an external sound
card, like there is with Eloquence. Can the SAPI 5 voices be changed
to the external sound card?
