Hello,
I'm trying to help someone with Remote Assistance with Window Eyes
and keep getting an error 10061 connecting socket.
I've disabled my firewall and had them disable theirs, I know for a
fact that they only have the Windows Firewall and I use the Vipre Pro
one which we insured were both off.
What else might be causing this not to work? We're both using
WE7.5.4.1 I'm using XP Pro SP3 and they have Vista with all updates.
