This can happen from time to time if you're having Internet connection issues. GWConnect verifies that your Window-Eyes serial number is valid. If it is unable to do so, then it reverts to sponsored mode. Once it is able to verify your serial number, then you go back to ad-free mode. If the problem keeps occurring, you may want to check with your Internet Service Provider to make sure your connection doesn't have any issues.

    Hi all!
Kind of confused about something. I just heard an advertisement
from GwMicro's GWConnect and I am running Window eyes. It was
talking about Window Eyes and to give GWMicro a call to learn more
about Window Eyes. If your running Window Eyes, I thought you
weren't supposed to see advertisements? Am I confused about this
or what is going on? I'm running Windows xp home, and service pack
    3. Many thanks ahead of time and any help would be appreciated.
