Hi Robert: You say that you want the choice between using GW-Connect and Skype? That is all well and good as far as I am concerned, in fact, unless I am missing something, knowone has taken that choice away from you. Also, if you have been on this list for the last four or five years, as I have, you will perhaps remember that each time a new version of Skype was released, there were several posts expressing frustration because an accessibility feature which existed in the previous version of Skype no longer worked in the new version. My understanding was that GW-Connect (GW-Skype in its first iteration) was written in order to eliminate such frustrations. Of course, if you like the to use Skype, then noone will be stopping you.
