seriously speaking, I've been using the vipre premium version and now the internet security 2012 and I don't remember having the problem as describe. The only area which window-eyes or any screen reader can pick up info is from the option and scan option tab. other than that, its understandable and didn't see the problem of the update as I just update a few days back.

I have spoken to the tech support at GFI software. They say Jaws user's have no trouble with it. I told the gentleman that I was speaking with that I am not using Jaws. I am using Window eyes. Is there something that GWMicro could do? Maybe speak with GFI software about this? This has been an annoyance for the last three versions.
