Hi,
If you mean a pull down menu on a Web site you should be able to get at it by
pressing enter on it while in Brows mode. This will turn off brows mode and the
next key strokes should be the alt and down arrow together to open the pull
down then arrow keys or letter presses of the beginning letter of the choices
should move you down the list of items.
once you have the one you want selected then tab away from the box to the next
control and then you can turn Brows mode back on again with CTRL shift a.
When in a program with one of these and brows mode is not being used try just
the alt and down arrow key to see if that will pull it down for you.
Hope that helps
Shannon
