Also, windows 7 My problem is the computer is not running as I think it should. For example, when I exit or close a programme, we does not start speaking at the desk top. This is just one problem. By the way, I am also running office 2007 and outlook which is operating ok. It just seems to be windows 7 does not work right. I have another running the same set up, that is office 2007, we 7.541, with latest updaes and all default apps. What harm would be done if I either reset settings or reinstall factory settings? Internet explorer also worksok. It just seems to be win eyes that is the culprit. I know this sounds vague, but, again, reset settings or reset default factory sets.
