I'd like to add one point to Steve's answer: if you have installed any apps
which are specific to a particular program (such as Office enhanced, Word
Navigation, WinAmp, Word Advanced Features, Outlook Enhance, etc., just to
name a few), WindowEyes will still show these apps as being installed for
you, but they will not run for you when you run the associated program after
you reinstall the factory set files.  You will need to reinstall these apps
after the set files in order to make them run again.
