Greetings to the list.
This is not a Window-Eyes problem, but I hope someone will reply off
list with suggestions.
Whenever I try to download a file using Internet Explorer 9 and Windows
7 Home with all of the critical updates installed, about twenty-five
seconds pass in silence before the notification bar pops up giving me
access to the "Do you want to run or save this file" prompt. I have run
malware scans on my computer, and it appears clean.
