Hi:

Well today, more confusing in search engines with find links and headers and
text.

Ok, using we latest

Using windows 7 all updates

Home page is set to google

My first question is how to I set and or find a search engine?

At present, using ie 8 and landing on google page and then doing a search,
it looks like bing has grabbed my former search engine

I would like either google back or at least a choice of what serach engine I
want.

An individual told me that if I use fire fox and do a control k, a list of
search engines are there. I can't see them as I think they are graphics and
not accessable to choose.

Even using bing, as Steve clower said, all links headers and edit boxes are
available with the same key strokes.

Fire fox has also lost the choices for key strokes for edit boxes and so on.

So as not to confuse, how do I add a search engine in ie and how in ff?

Is there a web page for search engines and a recommendation please, even
back to google.

Could there be a wrong setting in my win eyes internet settings?

Man, the more new software is updated, the more confusing it gets.

Please lead me out of the fog. (smile)
