Hi Johann,

Yes, my corporate firewall also prevents me from using the GW mailing lists; GW 
has looked into the issue, but the company they buy their email software from 
just didn't seem interested in solving the issue.

Still, it is one of technology, not GW; they will respond to you.  You could 
create an email account using Gmail for instance, and use their web interface 
to send GW an email (if you cannot call them on the phone).
