Don't know about the aps. You can get a list of Gold Wave hot keys in Appendix B of the Gold Wave manual, found in the Gold Wave Help menu. Alternatively, if you like hit and miss, you can turn on the WE key describer function, num pad ins-1, and poke around. This, provided you first associate GW5.set with the program first. Me, I'd go with option A.

I have the factory set files installed, version, 1.75. I am using window-eyes 7.5.4.1. There is a gold wave app, GoldWave 0.27 by Darren Paskell, which I haven't installed. Should I install that one or is there something better. I understand there are hot keys for operating goldwave but I can't seem to find the place in the program, or the docs, to learn them.
