First, I tried closing and relaunching WE. That did not work. I had to reconfigure those settings to my personal preference and save.

Speaking of interruptability turning itself off. It just happened to me. Not just keyboard interruptability, either. Suddenly, links on web pages were not being announced. I went into the verbosity> browse> links page, and links were set to never speak, visited links were turned off, and so were same page links. My preference was, is, and always will be to have these settings turned on. I never went in to change them after the initial config; Window-Eyes took it upon itself to switch them off. Strange. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Saturday, August 25, 2012 9:45 AM To: [email protected] Subject: RE: why does keyboard interuptability turn off. It has happened to me two or three times since March of this year. I do not use WLM. -----Original Message----- From: net bat [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Friday, August 24, 2012 8:12 PM To: [email protected] Subject: why does keyboard interuptability turn off. hi, w e 7.5.4.1 windows 7 64 bit this does not happen all the time. maybe 3 times per month. but there are times when keyboard interuptability turns itself off when useing wlm 2011. i do not have this option turned off in any of my set files. it is set to global interuptsability all keys. but about 3 times per month it will turn itself off and no keys will stop speech. if i open the windows livemail.set file it will be turned off. if i do nothing and reload w e this set file will be back to global and interuptability all keys. it is doing this without me even opening the w e control panel and without makeing any changes by me. i am the only user on this computer. thanks for info.
