No, Mike.

Interruptability does not block keystrokes. It simply allows the WE user to
interrupt Window-Eyes speech in progress. For example, you are in a familiar
dialog box and you don't need to hear the entire thing read to you, so you
tap the control key. With interruptability turned off, you can tap the
control key until the cows come home and WE will keep right on speaking.
Very annoying, especially if you happen to be in the WE control panel trying
to figure out what in the world happened and WE is nattering on, reading the
entire control panel. Imagine having to wait until WE runs down before you
dare touch the tab key.

For a number of Desktop icons I have defined a hot key to launch the
program.  For at least a week or so hitting the hot key doesn't activate a
program.  Looking at the icon properties the hot key is defined.

Is this nuisance part of this thread?
