Open up a new email message and then go to the mmenu bar, right arrow over to the view option and hit down arrow. The first item there is all headers, so simply hit enter on it to check it. You'll have the bcc field bnack. Make sure to actually open up a new email, or I suppose you can be in the process of replying to an email before you do this, otherwise, you won't find the all headers choice in the view menu.
