Thanks Thomas. Didn't know about the ctrl-Shift-A Outlook shortcut - very glad I've asked the question.
All the best. Vaughan. -----Original Message----- From: Thomas N. What I do is through the actual Outlook interface instead of the Window-eyes calender interface. Just hit ctrl - shift - a which will bring out the appointment creation of the Outlook. Works for newer version of Outlook as well. If you got MSAA or browse mode shortcut key, define other than ctrl - shift - a, you don't need to hit the bypass insert -b. Personally, I use other than ctrl - shift - a. When you are there, just tab around and fill up what you need to enter. If you want it to be recurrent, go to the action menu and select recurrence or ctrl - g. You can explore from there. Save after you are done. -------------------- regards Thomas N. I am struggling to understand how to create a monthly recurring appointment using Window-Eyes v7.5.4.1 and Outlook 2003. The documentation regarding the Outlook Calendar interface developed for Window-eyes identifies that one can view recurring appointments, but does not explain how to create them. I am succeeding in creating the actual meeting date/time with attendees to start the process off, but cannot intuitively add the recurring requirement. Assistance appreciated and I'll continue to experiment. Many thanks.
