Actually I find this works very nicely, but I will admit that I use the
mouse navigation keys to get to the reoccurring appointment screen.

I don't use the WE interface, because I find the Outlook Calendar for
2003 quite accessible. Here is what I do.

I press alt+shift+A from any where within Outlook. This calls up the
appointment dialogue. I tab through filling out the fields.

When I am done, I press the move mouse pointer to the top left hot key.

I then arrow down until I get to the command line that has save and
Close Reoccurrence invite attendees . It is just below the File Edit
View ... command line.

I move to the Reoccurrence option with the mouse keys and left click.

Now once more it is possible to tab through the options to set up the
reoccurring appointment. Works very nicely.

Subject: Outlook and creation of recurring meetings

Greetings everyone.

I am struggling to understand how to create a monthly recurring
appointment using Window-Eyes v7.5.4.1 and Outlook 2003.

The documentation regarding the Outlook Calendar interface developed for
Window-eyes identifies that one can view recurring appointments, but
does not explain how to create them.

I am succeeding in creating the actual meeting date/time with attendees
to start the process off, but cannot intuitively add the recurring
requirement.

Assistance appreciated and I'll continue to experiment.

Many thanks.

Vaughan.
