Marten meant ARIA (that's A R I A, Accessible Rich Internet Applications
- http://www.w3.org/WAI/intro/aria.php). We support it in the browsers
that support it. The best support is in the later browsers, as they've
had more time to implement the functionality.
It should be noted that successful ARIA requires many parties: the
browser, the screen reader, and the web page developer. Assuming all
three of those are doing their part, you'll have success.
Most of the major browsers do their part. We'll be doing our part in the
next version. Many major web players including Microsoft, Google, Adobe,
and Yahoo (just to name a very small few) are already implementing ARIA
on their pages.
The place where ARIA will fall short will be on those smaller pages who
do dynamic stuff, but who don't use ARIA to do it. Those are the sites
that you'll be writing to to say, "Hey, there's a standard out there for
this stuff. Start using it!"

Aaron,
I supose, area support is not only in internet explorer 10, but also in
9 or 8?

When I ask about these sites, I am often told that it is because
Window-Eyes doesn't have WAI-ARIA support. Looking up information for
this it appears it is related to dynamic pages and advance content.
The tools often sited for the development of these pages are Ajax and
JavaScript. I am wondering if what I am being told is correct, and if
so, can I expect this to be corrected in Window-Eyes soon?
