Hi Marilyn,

I don't have this trouble in Word 2003 usually; however, sometimes if you
have too many toolbars displayed you will get unwanted gibberish spoken, so
try turning off some of the toolbars.

Also, if you have a graphic, and it's to the left of the text, WE does often
miss the text to the right of the graphic.  You can try switching to
"normal" view in Word 2003 and I think this works around the graphic issue.
