The links dialog of the verbosity section is same as it's been. Couldn't
you just turn off the option to read visited links and Oh wait I think I
see what you're saying. So you want Window-Eyes to skip over the links
that you have Artie visited, correct? Could you use the previous
position hotkey, insert r?
