You can still access the ribbon by pressing the Alt by itself, then the letter you want. Instead of holding down Alt, then pressing H, for example, press Alt, let go of Alt, then press H. So you still have complete access to the ribbon. It's just a small caveat of using the Outlook Enhanced app add-in.
