Subject: Re: Outlook message virtualization and ribbon shortcuts not working

Hi, Ralf.

You can still access the ribbon by pressing the Alt by itself, then the
letter you want. Instead of holding down Alt, then pressing H, for example,
press Alt, let go of Alt, then press H. So you still have complete access to
the ribbon. It's just a small caveat of using the Outlook Enhanced app
add-in.

Thanks,

Aaron

With message virtualization turnd on, when reading a HTML message, ribbon
shortcuts are no longer working. All you hear is a ding sound, for example
Alt-H J to open the Junk section., means you can't . use the ribbon anymore.
Also, when opening the ribbon with Alt-H, and closing it with alt, you are
placed either in the to or bcc fieldof the message, and no chance to go to
the message body again. You need to re-open the message to read its content.
Also control-f does no longer forward a message, it opens the find dialog
instead. Alt-h f w is also not working , because the ribbon shortcuts don't
work.

Best regards,
  Ralf
