Really? Wonder why they haven't got that automated. It works just fine in
Word, and having it working similarly in the browser, would make WE more
consistent. Kind of puzzled me many a time, why it is automated in one
application, but not in the other. Besides, having to turn table mode back
on every time you come back to a given webpage, like in cases of shifting
between different tabs in the browser, seems totally unnecessarily. I hope
there is an explanation for table mode to still be manual with the new
browse mode in place. How is table mode actually being handled in other
screen readers, now aday? The little experience I have from earlier on, WE
seemed to be the only one of the screen readers I have been working with,
that requires the user to keep turning modes on and off numerous times, when
browsing the web. And since they solved the thing in Word long time ago, I
guess the technique is all in place. So really would love to have a bit of
an explanation, as to why it has been left out in the new WE.

Greetings!
You are correct. Table mode is not automatic. The homer layout app use
to do something to automatically move to tables, however that app has
song since been abannoned by its creator.
At least, as far as I know it has, anyway.

Now, that Browse Mode does turn automatically onn and off, depending on
the
control, what then about Table Mode. Do we still have to use a hotkey
(Ctrl-Numpad-Plus), to enter table mode - and another one to exit the
mode?
First there is an upgrade to the Browse Mode, I really would have loved
to
see Table Mode being automated as well. They managed to do so in Word, so
why not in Internet Explorer? :)
Since I am the owner of a Non-English serial number, I am not privileged
to
do beta testing, from what I can see. So I have to ask you guys to do my
testing.
