Browse mode shouldn't be turning on and off on a YouTube result page
because you're only tabbing from link to link and it only turns off for
controls. So it doesn't turn on and off at all for me.
Also, I don't understand why you would tab through all the links be it
that there are a few for each video. Hitting H for heading will jump you
to each result and speak the title. If it's what you're looking for, tab
once to the link and hit enter.
Cycling back up to the address bar, home, refresh, etc. is by design.
The tab key is now doing exactly what it's designed to do. It's
following the browser instead of the off screen browse mode model. If
you land on the address bar, hit F6 to return to the main page content.
Regarding enter activating links above or below what you think you're
on? I've only seen this on one site so far. And while it took me some
doing to figure it out it was do to the page construction. I wasn't
actually going to the wrong link. The page design was somehow splitting
single links into two different links that went to the same thing.
Opening the View menu, Style, and checking No style solved this.
Unfortunately for some inexplicable reason No style doesn't stick. So as
soon as you go to another page it will be back to default style. I took
a quick look at styles after discovering this and couldn't find a way to
define a style sheet with no style. But I only gave this about 5 minutes.
I haven't had any lockups. You might try giving it some time to settle
down and also hitting Insert-Backslash to redraw the screen and waiting
to see if speech comes back in a minute or so.
And of course you can turn auto-form off under Verbosity, Browse mode,
and see if the browse mode you're used to works better for you.

Running the WE beta on a Win 7 64 bit machine and IE 9.
Overall at least with the web pages I normally visit I see no real
improvement in browsing with the WE beta. If you go to you tube and do
a search withe the auto setting for turning browse mode off and on
tabbing through the list of results causes browse mode to turn off and
on so many times it is annoying. Tab too fast and you end up back at
the top of the page sometimes in a loop you can't get out off.
On other web pages when WE says you are on a particular link and you
press enter you find you have activated a link that is either above or
below the link WE said you were on.
On some bank sites after going through the sign on pages and getting to
the main page of the bank site WE locks up completely with only a push
of the power button to get things going again. When this happens no
error messages are generated either by IE or WE.
