You get the full install of Window-Eyes 8 for Windows 8 the same way you
got the update for your current installation of Window-Eyes running on
Windows 7.
Go to: http://www.gwmicro.com/Window-Eyes/Beta/
Enter your serial number in the edit box and activate the Validate button.
Hit enter on the OK button of the notification window that pops up
telling you to be patient and not to refresh the page. This is because a
build with your serial number is generated on the fly.
When it is done you are given the choice to download either the upgrade
for current installations or the complete install for Windows 8.
Just make sure you activate the correct button.
