Thanks for the suggestion. For some reason if the document is a pdf
adobe automatically opens if I press enter on the file and the only way
I can save it to disk is to use the context key.

Hey Yusuf.
I think you're trying too hard. I went to the page you provided and picked
one of the results links. Instead of the context key, I pressed Enter on it
to see what would happen. Well, the information bar notification alert
sounded. When I pressed Alt-N to put focus on the information bar, WE
informed me that I had the option to open or save the pdf file. I tabbed to
save and pressed something--spacebar or enter, I forget. But in the end,
when I went into the \users\ (my name)\downloads folder, there was the file.
Give it a try.

Subject: The Beta and issues with a web site
Hi, I'm using Internet Explorer 9 with the WE8 Beta. I'm having some
problems with search results on a web site.
1. Each of the results is a pdf document with a link and a brief
description. I've been trying to download the results by moving to the
link, in browse mode with the up and down cursor keys and then using the
context key to find and select the save as option. Instead of saving the
link that was under the cursor I'm given the option to save the
results.html.
2. I then tried using the 0 and plus keys on the numeric keypad to route
the pointer to the element, and then used the right mouse button to load
the context menu. This worked once, but then stopped working when I
moved to the next search result in the list. The save as option vanished
from the context menu.
3. I then noticed that in Browse Mode, no information was being reported
by Window Eyes when I was tabbing through the list of results.
4. If Browse Mode is turned off and I use the tab key the links are
being read correctly and I can use the context key to save the results
correctly.
The web address is

I'm not sure I like escape being used as another way of turning on
browse mode. could someone from GWMicro explain the theory behind this?
