I went to:
www.diy.com

and I had no problems browsing the page and clicking a few links; however, entering on a link did not work but context menu then t gave me the link in a new tab.
I am using firefox version 16.0.2 and WE8beta2.

that's an example of a site where browse mode does not work and refuses to do so because pressing shift-ctrl-a announces browse mode not available. Firefox 16.0.2 and We 8 Beta 2. No issues with Nvda.
