Firefox 16.02. This is on a Windows 7 64-bit machine.

that's an example of a site where browse mode does not work and refuses
to do so because pressing shift-ctrl-a announces browse mode not
available. Firefox 16.0.2 and We 8 Beta 2. No issues with Nvda.
