Hello Robert, Kindle for PC with Accessibility Plug-in is accessible to a degree, because you can open a book and navigate by page and sentence, but that is about it. You cannot easily use the search capabilities, and there are no ways to navigate other than by page or sentence. Also, you cannot read the books with Window-Eyes, it has its own text to speech system, which also means that you cannot read them with a Braille Display. Hope this helps.
