To my knowledge, you are the only one reporting this. When you say
options are gone, do you mean you see nothing when you Tab through the
control panel? If so, what do you see?

It's gone.
Instead, I stumbled upon the annoying trick of hitting insert-2 to move
around the rotor.
This does not happen on my win7 machine running WE 7.5.41 nor does it
happen on a win7 machine running the beta.
An explanation would be nice.
