I must confess I didn't follow the earlier "trouble downloading"
thread, but here's my experience for what it's worth. After getting
the alert about the available upgrade, I got a persistent
"Window-Eyes error" message when trying to download it via that
route. I turned off my anti-virus software to no avail. When I went
to the GW site and entered my serial number, everything went very
smoothly. I don't know if that means that an earlier problem had
just gone away, or if the 2 ways of accessing the upgrade are
essentially different. But one worked for me and the other didn't.
