Hi Reg. I called GW Micro with the same problem you were having. I was told their servers were being hammered with everybody trying to get the update using the Download Update option in the Check for Update under the Help menu in Window-Eyes. I was told to go to the web site and get it that way. It worked with no problem, plus I have the update locally in case I need it.
