I currently run WE 7.5.4.1 on a Win 7 system. What happens to apps installed through Window Eyes when upgrading to WE v8.0 if upgrading via: 1) online download of WE 8, or 2) installing WE 8 from the CD which arrives bia mail?
I've nevr succeeded in renewing program and WE specific set file settings from one WE version to another despite GWM and user instructions involving copying, pasting, moving, or other operations dealing with modified set files. I seemed to have to start personalizing settings all over again each time I installed a major upgrade of WE. When I install WE 8.0 either by download or from the CD will I have the same apps carried over from my current (7.5.4.1) version or will I have to download them again from the WE website?
