re-install your synthesizer authorization. If that doesn't solve your

required sighted help to resolve. Also, my copy of Window-Eyes wasn't
working right. Specifically, the numpad keyboard for my laptop wasn't
working. After speaking to someone today on the phone in technical
support, he advised mt to re-install the video driver for my video
card. I did that with sighted help this afternoon.
It still didn't fix the problem with the keyboard, so I removed version
8.0, and installed version 7.5. I then ran the upgrade I downloaded,
and this seems to have fixed everything. The interesting thing is that
I now have the DecTalk voice back, which I think I had lost with the
original upgrade. I also am unable to run the Vocalizer synthesizer to
use the voices I bought with the English license. The final problem is
that apparently, Window-Eyes thinks i have a demonstration copy.
Any ideas?
