Hi

Eudora is pretty much like any other program in regards to deleting emails. hit control plus a to select all, and the delete key throws up a dialogue asking if you want to delete all messages, and it has yes and no buttons. so control plus end only deletes certain messages. if you want to do a mass-delete, control plus a to select all, delete key, answer yes to the confirmation and all messages will be moved to the trash mailbox. As for downloading and installing apps...there could be a multitude of reasons why you aren't able to download them, anywhere from an antivirus program flagging them incorrectly, to a popup blocker behaving badly, there are just so many variables. so it's not that people don't want to help, it's just that there could be so many reasons why something doesn't work and we have to puzzle it all out.

One reason you are not getting many responses could be that there are getting
to be very few people using Eudora. However, are you certain you
shouldn't be pressing CONTROL-SHIFT-END to select all messages to the end, or
possibly CONTROL-A might work to select them all. Are you certain
about SHIFT-DELETE instead of DELETE? Maybe someone who uses Eudora can
clarify, but CONTROL-END usually just moves one to the end of a
list and does not usually select all of those messages for deleting. , but
maybe Eudora is different.

shiftdelete all the e-mails will not delete, also how do you put in
apps if you uninstall all the apps since I keep getting the app
error. I do not believe that noone knows these answers. I would like
a response please.
