Not being able to review the window with the mouse is also true for IE 9. I did have a device with a built-in web control feature, and it used a control which WE could not read and so I had to review the window with the mouse. If you come upon one of these rare situations, you will have to fall back to IE 8 to get the ability to use the mouse cursor.
I suspect IE 10 may have some issues from being so new, so I am staying with IE 9 as the best compromise between new features and security, and not being too new (until/unless I hear from GW that they feel IE 10 is a better choice). Perhaps they will have time to give us their opinion after they catch up after the holidays.
