Hi All:
Jerry, Jed, Manny and others, I have the same problem in Windows7
Professional 64-bit. The browser is Internet Explorer 9. No sound, nothing
happens, just have to reboot and the process repeats itself again and again
no matter what I do.
I have to use a stateside web portal to submit claims for adjudication and
payments. Each time, I can't log back in for 30 minutes because there is
always a previous unterminated session in progress. It means I can't get
any work done using Window-Eyes 8.0.0 on my laptop.
For my desktop machines at work, I did install the Beta on one of them, but
will not install Window-Eyes 8.0.0, whether demo, upgrade or clean fresh
install on the remaining machines here until I know for sure that it is
usable without the problems discussed herein. In fact, I wish there is a
way to ROLL BACK an installation as I'd like to go back to 7.5.4.1 which was
manageable. I still have Window-Eyes 7.2 running on one of my work machines
and I've never had a problem with it.
I'll try Mozilla FireFox on my laptop at home and see if this makes any
difference.
Sincerely,
Olusegun
Denver, Colorado
