I'm not sure why you were having the crashes, but I think I know what was
happening on your web page. In WE eight, automatic form interaction is
probably set to on by default, which means WE behaves differently when you
use the tab key. There is a hot key to toggle that feature off and on.
Toggling automatic form interaction off would have, I believe, caused WE to
behave the way you wanted it to.

I don't know if you want to trouble yourself, but it might be worthwhile to
do a completely clean install of WE eight. <grin>. Or not.

Subject: went back to w/e 7.5.41

using win, 7, i/e 8 64 bit premium. so nice to be able to use the tab
key again with ease. also, so nice to surf for 30 minutes without a
crash. will wait patiently for the upgrade fix. one of the most
annoying things was when i go to one of my private forums, and press
view posts since last visit, i can go through the topics, but when i
press the NEW button, that is supposed to take me to the next newest
unread post. guess what, not in the w/e 8 version. it takes me to the
top of the last page i visited. than i have to go through maybe 15
Quotes to get to the newest unread one, not acceptible. but now i
have that back with the 7.5.41 version.
