Hi Jim,

Try running the install program from the cd as an administrator and that
should solve your problem. I've only run in to this issue once, but running
the install as an administrator solved the problem.

I had to do the same thing with NVDA on the same computer and that also
worked.

Subject: A Big Issue As Far As I'm Concerned

I am running Windows 7, 64-bit Home Premium laptop.
When I did a fresh install of Windows-Eyes 8, and I went to the WE
Control panel, I get that this file cannot be saved. I rebooted everything
but, when I rebooted, everything reverted back to default settings.
WHY!!!!!!!!!!
What do I need to do to make sure everything is saved? Is this an error
caused by my copy of the WE 8.0.0 CD? Immediate help is requested. Thanks.
