Good morning, I have asked before and didn't get an answer. I have a problem in the status of messages in outlook 2010. I have read the help documentation on the mail box header editor for the outlook enhanced app and I don't understand it. I can't figure out how to change the way WE is reporting that I have forwarded a message. It always says that I have replied to the message not saying read forwarded or just forwarded.
How do you use this mail box editor? I don't know if there are any special things I need to do but I have turned off every pain I can think of. I have no navigation pain, people pain, to do pain, reminder pain... Why and how do I fix the mislabeling?
