I do have a google account. Is that the problem? Why would the Google
account have anything to do with the icon that outlook is useing to lable
the status of a message? If it does mess with it How do I correct the google
lable icon to reflect the correct status? Are they useing the exact same
icon to say replyed and forwarded?
Thanks
Shannon

Well, I can see that with google-mail accounts under Outlook 2010. I have
several mailbox accounts in Outlook, but only the gmail one is giving the
wrong message status. So I don't think that it is Window-Eyes related,
because other screen reader do also read the wrong status. From my point of
view it is more a Gmail IMAP problem.

Subject: mail box header editor in outlook 2010

Good morning,

I have asked before and didn't get an answer.
I have a problem in the status of messages in outlook 2010. I have read the
help documentation on the mail box header editor for the outlook enhanced
app and I don't understand it. I can't figure out how to change the way WE
is reporting that I have forwarded a message. It always says that I have
replied to the message not saying read forwarded or just forwarded.

How do you use this mail box editor?
I don't know if there are any special things I need to do but I have turned
off every pain I can think of. I have no navigation pain, people pain, to do
pain, reminder pain... Why and how do I fix the mislabeling?

Thanks
Shannon
