Good morning, Back to the problems I have with Outlook 2010; despite having the outlook enhanced app installed and the option for virtualization checked.
I can't view any messages in the browser. What is wrong. If I look for that ability under the message tab it is not available and, If I use the WE hot key to do it a menu opens that has edit , view in browser, and something else I don't remember but they are all unavailable. Does this ability only happen with certain formatted messages? If that is the case how do you tell what messages can be opened with this ability? Or Do I have Outlook configured incorrectly?
