I can only tell you how I do this:
after you open a html email: alt-h 1 then v this opens my browser, and it reads rine for me. hth From: Shannon [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Wednesday, January 30, 2013 8:55 AM To: [email protected] Subject: viewing messages in the browser outlook 2010 Good morning, Back to the problems I have with Outlook 2010; despite having the outlook enhanced app installed and the option for virtualization checked. I can't view any messages in the browser. What is wrong. If I look for that ability under the message tab it is not available and, If I use the WE hot key to do it a menu opens that has edit , view in browser, and something else I don't remember but they are all unavailable. Does this ability only happen with certain formatted messages? If that is the case how do you tell what messages can be opened with this ability? Or Do I have Outlook configured incorrectly? Or Is there something wrong with my Outlook Enhanced app? Thanks Shannon If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
