Hi All,

I posted a few days ago about a Web Application called Spiceworks. Our
department is using this application for help desk recording. I have
been trying to move through the various options and have found that I
cannot perform certain functions. I'll try to describe what happens,
and what I need to do. Most options seem to be workable, however a
couple key options don't do anything.

I am able to enter a new help desk ticket without much problem. But,
when I try to change to another view, i.e. 'unassigned tickets', 'open
tickets, or 'all tickets', the links don't work. I press enter on a
link to bring up a drop down with the different list options. I then
have to tab to each option. The options appear as individual links.
When I press enter on them, it just takes me to where I was before. For
example, if I was in 'open tickets' and entered on 'closed tickets',
there was no change and the view stayed at 'open tickets'. With sighted
help, I had someone try to use the mouse to click on the options. The
same results occurred. When I close Window-Eyes 8.0, they were able to
change the view. I hope I explained my issue correctly. I am not
familiar with this Application and don't have a good working knowledge
of its functionality. Due to it being a web based application, is there
any way to reclassify the options? And, why does the physical mouse
only work when Win-Eyes is closed? I have also tried using the mouse
cursor keys and they won't even read all the options in the drop down
window.

Thanks,

David Ayers
