Greetings everyone.

Originally sent this just to the Hims Notetaker list, but there may be people
on the Gw Info list who have not seen this, but who can offer help/suggestions.

Thanks.

Vaughan.

Subject: Braille Edge and Braille Sense Window-eyes Drivers

Hi all.

The subject line comes about because I have left my Braille Edge at home, and
am not having any luck using my Braille Sense U2 as a display interfacing with
Window-Eyes.

Do the two devices have their own specific drivers?

Window-Eyes specifically lists the Braille Sense, but the Sense will not
operate as a display. Windows has done the correct usb detect. I am assuming
that Window-eyes knows that the Sense has 32 cells, but can't confirm this due
to the non-operation. The Sense is in terminal mode and set to USB.

So: it might be that I just have to forego braille today, as the install disks
are also at home.

Thanks.

Vaughan.
