I have windows 7, WE 7.5.4.1 and I use the latest version of firefox. I
also have explorer on my computer but prefer firefox.
Today I am having a real issue with firefox. Everytime I open firefox it
takes WE a minute or two before it starts speaking. When I arrow down
through google which is my home page there is a five to ten second delay
before it reads the line. Then when I go to bookmarks and try to get to my
favorites WE stops responding completely. I have tried everything possible
and WE still does not work.
So then I close firefox and my speech is completely gone. I had a sighted
friend watch what I was doing and they said the firefox is open WE is jus
not responding like normal. When I close firefox as I said the speech is
gone, so my sighted assistant helped me get to the WE control panel and it
says WE has stopped responding.
Everything else is working om my desktop including explorer.
Does anyone have this problem with Firefox today and did anyone find a fix
for the problem?
Any help would be appreciated.
