Hi Mike,
The problem might be that a program is scheduled to run in the background.
Try
control shift escape
click on processes
than click on cpu
and arrow down and see what is running ahead of WE8
so for example if avg shows up ahead of WE8 than I would pause avg and
see if your problem is resolved.
If it is than you need to adjust the scan schedule for avg to run when
you are not using the computer.
