But try this instead of a shutdown. Press start. Press right arrow twice, then press l. Your computer should return to the log on screen, with speech. It's a lot quicker than a restart. I've noticed that if I switch between programs, or try to perform an action too quickly, Windoweyes locks up along with my computer. I have to do a hard shutdown and reboot. Is anyone experiencing this problem and does anyone know how I can solve it? Also, I notice that if I try arrowing down in a message in Outlook-2007 too quickly after I open the message, for some reason the text does not appear on the screen; I get a blank screen.
