Since I installed WE 8, I had more lock-ups than ever before. I really was hoping that the 8.1 fixed the problems. Yesterday, I installed it, and my husband went to the Internet. Right away, WE locked up. I really hope this was just a one-time deal, but I'm worried. WE also locks up when I use word. Sometimes, in the middle of going one word at a time, I hear three beeps, and WE stops. I have Windows XP, SP3, and I have Office XP.
